I present to you.. Mega Man x Wario! in the return of the second dimension..
[Update 2011.01.31] I drew this because at the time I was pretty hyped about Wario Land Shake It and Mega Man 9 releasing on Wii, mostly because they were in 2-D. This was at a time when video games were all computer generated 3-D. I was especially excited for Mega Man 9 because that game takes it even further by going NES 8-Bit style. That explains the "return of the second dimension" in the description I wrote above. Also, now I learned that Wario was accidentally created by Dr. Light according to the German Club Nintendo comics so now this piece has an even deeper meaning.
Drawn on sketchpad, scanned, redrawn & colored in Adobe Flash, then touched up in Adobe Photoshop wallpaper size for download: 1280 x 1024 Blogged @: [link]
[Updated 2008.10.18] - edited the "Mega Man" logo and character shadows
I might consider more sizes in the near future.. we'll see.
wow! I never knew about that part. Thanks @Tr0ller for mentioning that. Now there's an even deeper meaning to this piece.

Oh cool and you're welcome. oh it doesn't surprise me many people haven't heard about the comic since its only available in Germany I only found scans with the summary in English.
*Wario was created by Dr.Light accidentally in a German Nintendo comic.*
